ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 to let you
know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up on agreed appointment and confirmed per email.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 using DHL, delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

DEUTSCHLAND:

Wir bieten eine Versandkostenpauschale von 5,50 EUR nach Deutschland.

Kostenloser Versand für Bestellungen über 150,00 EUR.

INTERNATIONAL:

Wir bieten eine Versandkostenpauschale von 13,00 EUR nach Deutschland.

Kostenloser Versand für Bestellungen über 200,00 EUR.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU
For international shipments outside the EU, please contact us directly and we will calculate the shipping cost to your preferred destination.

For your information: broader delivery timelines for international shipping can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. Proface Berlin is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to X days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at shop@profaceberlin.de with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
